Have you seen my guitar?
Bright as Floyd’s crazy star.
I don’t even see her shadow at home.
Might have hiked to Paris or Rome
Or to the dark craters on the moon
And I fear she won’t return soon.
My room is empty and hollow
And I can’t but cry and wallow
But the tears can’t fill her space
Since my baby’s gone without a trace.
All the pages are clean and yet
Are little boats so that I am not wet.
The three little birds are not at the door.
They were hungry and so sing no more.
They have real proper jobs now,
Something my soul will not allow.
So tell me have you seen my crazy star
My lost homeless vagabond guitar?

Yes, I wrote it. Thanks.
:)
vairy nice.
So Arsenik, I cannot but help but wonder if thy guitar is a symbol for the muse of a lady especially since you address 'her' as 'she'...
Nice poem. Wish I could understand all the deep hidden meaning. However, as far as I know, there should not be any deep meanings since your life if rocking and the "sails are up".
@Henri: No, the guitar is not a female muse. It is supposed to be the urge to be creative, something that a muse fulfills yes, but a muse is still an external source, unlike the urge, which is born within.
@SS: Are you saying that satisfied people can't be deep, or act like they are?
